To open a professional account at Ornacom, you must write to comercial@ornacom.com requesting registration. Ornacom sends a client file to complete the data and, once received, manages the registration normally within 24-48 hours, after which the client begins to receive the weekly availability list.
Ornacom emails its professional clients an updated stock availability list every Friday. Clients who wish to do so can also request to receive timely updates via WhatsApp from their assigned sales representative.

To secure stock for the spring season, Ornacom recommends planning reservations between September and November, although it continues to accept orders in December and January subject to availability; mid-January is the prudent deadline for most spring reservations.
The minimum order at Ornacom depends on the destination and who arranges the transport. When Ornacom organizes the transport, the standard benchmark is 2 rail wagons for Spain and Portugal, and 3 rail wagons or 2 American pallets for France; for other European destinations, the indicative minimum is 5–6 pallets. If the customer arranges their own transport, Ornacom does not require a minimum shipment order.
Ornacom prefers to receive orders via email—using the available Excel format whenever possible, as this is the recommended channel to avoid errors—but also handles orders received via WhatsApp and, occasionally, by phone.
As soon as Ornacom receives an order, it begins processing it immediately. If the client requests it, Ornacom sends a pro forma invoice in PDF and Excel formats to allow for the review of item references, quantities, and barcodes; if the client detects an error, they must notify Ornacom as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.
